Mark, check the Tippecanoe County Public Safety database. I believe Red Cross has most recently been using a talkgroup there, and one is listed for them. May have quite a bit of traffic right now given the upcoming flooding.

All Red Coss groups across the county use 47.420 low band.If you get a chance to look at there station wagons, cars, trucks you will sell a long ball antenna on the back of the unit.It is low band 47Mhz NFM. Indianapolis Red Cross does use 47.42mhz and was told by Red Cross in Indianapolis that they hear Lafayette all the time on there low band base station.Indianapolis does not have a 800Mhz talkgroup on MECA.
