LA City has not been a Insurance Services Offices (ISO) Class-1 city any time recently that I can remember. I don't even believe they have participated in the evaluation process since the 1990s.
In California there are only about 10 ISO-1 Public Protection Classification rated agencies - including local ones such as Beverly Hills, Vernon, Culver City, Huntington Beach.
