Lake County Barrington Police

Can anyone confirm if Barrington Police is encrypted or not? Database shows not encrypted but I've never heard them.

According to the Cook County database page, Barrington PD is dispatch by NWCD on encrypted TG 3002 (PD-2).

I was looking at the Lake County section they are listed there unencrypted. thanks

Here's what's currently shown on the Radio Reference Lake County database page for Barrington (as far as SC21 goes) -

AFAIK, Barrington is about half in Lake County and half in Cook County.
