Lake County LCS1 test this morning

This morning at 0300 (3am) Lake County Seriff was testing with numerous Lake County police dispatches on LCS1. Included Buffalo Grove, CENCOM, Grayslake, Barrington-Inverness, Antioch, Deerfield-Bannockburn, and Gurnee.

Could we be a little more specific on what LCS1 is?
