Does anyone know the frequency for the Lake EMS LZ channel?

They have a talkgroup on the Lake County P25 system. It is listed under the Lake-Sumter EMS talkgroups.

Ah okay I see it now, thanks. Another question, Radio Reference lists the EMS to South Lake Hospital frequency under the Lake EMS (Lake-Sumter dissolved years back) talkgroups, but I can recieve it on my scanner as a UHF frequency (463.137) which is also listed on this site. Why is this?

Each hospital has a UHF frequency and a talkgroup equivalent that are linked together.
