Lake County Scanning

I am trying to figure out scanning Lake County. I have both systems setup on an SDS200. I live in Northern Porter County by Chesterton. I would assume I would be able to pickup Lake County where I am but nothing for Lake County comes through, is there something I am doing wrong or does Lake not transmit very far outside of the county? Do you have the Lake County Simulcast site programmed?

Do you have both Monitor and Download and the appropriate service types enabled for the favorites list? Are quick keys enabled? If you export and attach a hpe file of your favorites list, I will check it for problems.
