I have been monitoring Henderson Fire Department and they were dispatched for an injured hiker in goldstrike canyon. Rangers asked HFD if they have access to the IOP channels? Does anyone know what those are or what frequencies they are under? I’m in the Henderson, NV area and have been running searches on the frequencies and have heard nothing.

I can only guess that IOP means Inter Operability Plan. I'm guessing that it might mean the national "V Fire" assignments.
