Lakewood Colorado Police

Lakewood Colorado has changed their police radio, and we are no longer able to receive it on our Grecom 500 scanner. Can it be reprogrammed to receive it, or do we need a different scanner? We do not know how to program it, so is there anyone in our area (Jefferson County CO.) who can help us?

Paul, your GRE can monitor the new Lakewood system just fine. If you come visit me at my RadioShack, I can help you reprogram it if you are unable to.
