Lambton - Lanxess plant

This plant in Sarnia has now changed it's name from Lanxess to Arlanxeo and it needs to be changed in the database. I believe the frequencies that are in the database are not the correct ones. There are two 451.3625 and 451.4125. I have never heard anything on these two. While checking the TAFL site there are a huge number of frequencies licensed for this site. I have put them into my scanner and get mostly static at transmission on them, but I got some comms on one, but was not able to identify. Any one have this site programmed?
