Originally called in next to 123 Howard Avenue, received multiple calls, reported to be possible entrapment. Lancaster General Hospital Security (11 blocks North of Incident) reported seeing heavy fire in the sky from their cameras.

Upon arrival crews found patients had jumped from 2nd floor of attached residential housing. Heavy fire showing upon arrival of first arriving apparatus. Service wires approximately 40 feet above street level almost completely burnt through, need PP&L to seen ASAP. Fire was under control very quickly. appeared that fire was started on exterior of property, possibly at porch level.

Victims are across the street at 132 Howard Avenue. One is lying on concrete sidewalk, 2nd & 3rd degree burns

Howard Avenue is a one way street, barely enough room for apparatus to maneuver. I have a few pics of the fire, nothing spectacular but do have them if anyone is interested......
