It was up and down a lot, technical issues perhaps. I seem to recall a thread somewhere, that if a feed is down X amount of time, it will be pulled by RR.
I'm pretty sure the guy was having to restart the feed on a daily basis, as I had people from other locations in Nebraska, asking me about it. Hopefully some answers begin to appear soon informing what has happened to it.
