Dear Sir,

There is indeed a live scanner feed coming out of Lancaster County, PA. This feed can be accessed by the following links:
Note: You may be required to paste the PLS file into your media client. If so, the URL you want to paste is: http://lancasterfireradio.hopto.org:8000/listen.pls

In addition, you may be interested in Lancaster's County-Wide Public Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) viewing ability. This will enable you to view live fire and EMS incidents. The Lancaster Public CAD can be accessed by clicking here.

There is also a Lancaster feed (as well as Chesco/Delco/Glouco/PhilaFire feeds) at www.firegroundaudio.com. The guy/group that runs the site also posts recorded fireground audio from the Phila suburban area.

After looking at the above links, I think they may be the same. Sorry 'bout that.

Is this off their new (if in service) OpenSky system or their existing one?

Dear DELCOLHFC,

The link I posted is indeed the same link as the one you posted. Yes, the owner of FireGroundAudio is a great guy and is a good service. I am actually the one who designed that banner on his website. Great site for area feeds!

None of the above links work, at least for me.
Can someone verify they work, then I can investigate further on my end?

Thanks

Dear baybum,

It appears as if the links I posted above are temporarily down. Try again later this evening.

Hello,
Sounds like Dispatch, 33.9, fireground(s) 33.64 .68 .72 and possibly .88

Just based on monitoring and that I lived there for years.

The online scanner feed can be accessed directly at 451.7875 MHZ......... Receiver scans 33.56, 33.64, 33.68, and 33.72 MHZ and stops on the active channel.

To be honest it is probably the best thing that Lancaster County has today.
