While programming this "Motorola Type IIi Hybrid Smartnet" system into my 796D, I came to the point where I needed fleetcodes. Does anybody know which one of the 16 preprogrammed fleetcodes I should be using? Or do I need to use the "Custom" feature and input my own?

From looking at the listed Talkgroup ID's for that system, it appears that they are all Type II ID's. Before going through the hassle of fleetmap programming set it up as a type II system and do a ID search. If any show up that do NOT match the proper format for a type II ID, then you may need to do figure out a fleetmap.

milf is correct - you can ignore fleetcodes for this system.

:Last I knew this system was completely a Type-II TRS, so you can ignore the fleetcodes.
