I've looked everywhere on RR and FCC site.

May be under different name or leased radios?

Here in the FCC license directory - I can't confirm these are the ones but I think it's a safe bet

That is correct.

"TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALLGAME" is the DBA for Lansing Lugnuts.

also check the wireless mics, and FRS channels for activity.
