Hey guys, I'm just setting up a Win96 file for Southern California since I visit family there pretty regularly. I was just wondering if a Pro-96 would be able to decode the APCO-25 transmissions that LAPD uses. I figured I'd ask the local experts for help on this one. Thanks.
