Confirmed by circumstantial evidence only. By traffic. I know the POD areas of the jail like 5-north, 3-south Etc...traffic about processing to chow served. Also traffic from other agencies requesting open sally port. Like Laporte PD open sally port for 1 male j3. And 46 RIDs. Also inline with talk group sequence 12623-12628. Also hearing traffic on 12626 but not sure what it is also has 46 RIDs.
