LaPorte County Siren Activation Method has Changed

Siren Tone Outs
Countywide Siren Control (Freq is 151.4000)

• Steady Signal - 1064/408
• Wail Signal - 1064/365

These tones are not broadcast, and are instead replaced by FSK activation. This means that several sirens around the county are now active during testing, and more intelligent control and zone activation for storms [so the entire county's sirens don't go off, only specific ones in the area of danger] is present.

Just thought i'd share this with Indiana radio enthusiasts and people living in LaPorte. Testing is now done through FSK, not 2-Tone.
