Larsen NMO150/450/800 for TX?

Even though its a scanner antenna- reading the narrative off of the theantennafarm.com website, it says that it can be used for TX as well, is this correct? It also says that it can take 100watts of power. I'm kind of getting conflicting info on the subject.

PS I currently have one of these and I was going to purchase another for additional scan use.

I have used that antenna for 150MHz@50W. It had nice low swr and worked fine. I never tried it at 450 though.

Old thread but... Yes, it can be used to TX anywhere within the specified ranges. Unfortunatly, Amateur Band TX on 2m and 440 isn't all that great.
