M Resort was completely encrypted on their UHF DMR Cap+ system back 10 years ago. Depending on how someone is monitoring the system/freqs, it's possible to hear other DMR conventional or Cap+ users on some of the freqs, & get confused. For-example, the OYO Hotel is also using DMR on 451.8875 in-addition to it being an M Cap+ system RF channel.
