LASD John Five units on SCC access channel

does any one have any idea who the these units are I here numerous of these units going in service in the early am hours logging on with SCC on 483.5625 they go by the callsign of John 5 Zebra XX or John 5 Frank XX I think it might be the Civilian Process services guys.......

"J" should be Court services units.

Not sure about Zebra, but Frank is listed as "Custody support" per older document I have.

It's the access/county wide dispatch channel. Any unit not assigned their own dispatch channel uses it.
