Last Friday Night's Excitement

last friday night about 9pm i was in the okc/midwest city area (not sure which) on a transfer and while passing Downtown Airpark i noticed a lot of action going on along the river. i seen the FD preparing to lauch their rescue boat as well. I was wondering if anyone heard this or saw it on the news.
