I'm wondering if 155.250 is actually the input to both 159.15 and 158.85 MHz dispatch channels. Thanks in advance to anyone who knows and reports back.

Laughlin actually unincorporated Clark County, and is patrolled by Las Vegas Metro PD. They are some of the "8000 series" units on the "Admin" channel, 158.790, at least until the Open-Sky boondoggle kicks in (real soon).
