I was monitoring yesterday and came across a conversation on the Delaware State Police Talkgroup. DEC 1744 SW-SERT , The description was Sert Net. Don't know what the description means. The conversation centered around a situation that was ongoing near the water. A pond,river I'm not sure.

Sounds like the Delaware "State Emergency Response Team" Net. Not from the area, just guessing. Hopefully someone more helpful will chime in.
