OHP Troop G All city of Lawton Public safety units, all hospitals, and all Ft. still units will on this system as well as all V.F.D.s in Comanche county, City of Chickasha and all Grady county units as well as all V.F.D.s in Grady County

So Yes they will be..

Scattered Lawton troop G traffic is coming through okc's site today TG 44176 I believe. I hear a trooper on a traffic stop on Highway 7 & 8 mile rd.

I heard that site loud and clear the other morning, it was mostly repeating OHP's ARural1 channel. Lawton OHP is still dispatching on 44.70 as of this morning. I can hear them thru the 154.905 repeater.

Jim have you tried the Baker Peak site yet? Looks like it is around 900 feet above terrain.

I put it in my 996 yesterday. No CC noise yet from there that I can hear yet. I saw the tower last week, it's right in the area of the new windmill farm. It's almost line of sight from me to the south.

I monitor the DPS system all the time and I can hear the tower in Geary a lot.

I just entered the Troop G TG in my Pro95 a couple of days ago along with the CC but last night received Troop G from the Geary site while sitting in Yukon. Thanks for the heads-up on Troop G going active on 800.

hey pb, where are you gettin your info because this is the first i heard about anyone in grady county going to the state dps. the sherffs office is still broke form the new jail, and i know most fire depts if not all including mine dont have that kinda money layin around and no one has told us anything about gettin any kind of grant for it. just wonderin man? let me know maybe it just hasnt made it throught the chain yet

I can hear the Walters control channel here in Wichita Falls home. At the office, we can hear the Walters CC, Lawton CC when it was being tested the other day and the Chickasha CC.
That is on our 100 tower at the TXDPS office.

That is kinda funny because we can hear Wichita Falls here in OKC on the VHF police dispatch channnels pretty well.
