"C5" is likely a reference to "Crash 5", an ARFF unit on the airport, not a channel name.

I've heard what you're mentioning with LBFD dispatching. It seems they now assign a repeated "command" channel and a simplex "tac" channel with larger responses. It's possible that what you heard was "respond on command-2, tac-5", which would mean LOB V-2 command and LOB V-5 tac. (LOB is the mutual aid abbreviation for Long Beach in radio alpha tags).
Edit: forgot to mention that they also make use of FCA V-1 as a RIC channel. This is channel 10 in LBFD radios.

i noticed other cities have this RIC channel what does it stand for and usage

Rapid Intervention Crew. It is used for trapped firefighter(s). All firefighters not involved in the rescue switch to the RIC channel to continue firefighting operations. This will make it easier for the trapped firefighter(s) as they may not be able to switch channels on their radio.
