Freescan: LCN area in Freescan

So I'm using FREESCAN and I have the school bus system in my list. However, it says in red that the system may not be scannable.
When I go to the Site Settings nothing is in there to enter in LCN numbers. It is a DMR Motorola Capacity Plus Single Site (TRBO)
There are 7 DEC's and mode is T. I'm hearing nothing on scanner. I know I'm supposed to enter LCN's but where?

FreeScan doesn’t support DMR.

And "experimental" support for the 996p2. It's essentially abandonware at this point as there've been no updates since September, 2015 to bring it up to par with today's models & digital modes. Consider Proscan instead

That's for the scanner itself, and yes you'll need that to monitor DMR on your scanner. But FreeScan still will not support it.
