I noticed when i scanned the LCRA P25 Creedmoor 700MHz site (Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) P25 Site: Creedmoor) my sds200 was not picking up any control channels so i scanned 700 MHz and found a new CC for not listed. it is 772.58125 MHz. When I connected pro96com it showed more channels and some are new and not listed in the RR database. I am pasting the tower.txt log file this time found in the pro96com folder instead of a screenshot, let me know if there's any other info you need and i'll post it.

Good find. Since Creedmoor is where they tested the 900 MHz P25 site a while back that is no longer there, it’s something to keep an eye on. We may see some Opensky utility and school users start popping up as they eventually phase that system out.

I tuned to the 900 Creedmoor site and didn't hear any active control channels. About a year ago I logged what sounded like hays co school busses on the 900 system. I think they had several tgids starting with 14xxx. I'm in hays and would be more than happy to scan and report my findings.

So, it appears that the 900 MHz P25 site was a temporary Harris demonstration for LCRA in which they deployed the new P25 site simultaneously with OpenSky to prove the transition could be made seamlessly for utility and other OpenSky users. 900 MHz P25 rollout is scheduled to begin in 2023, so keep an eye out for P25 activity in the 900 band soon
