I have heard them patch the old vhf before for AirLife. I think when whoever it was was talking eairler said something about Airlife and a patch. i am still wondering why the whole NB P25 tower is down..haven't seen this happen before. But since no one in the area is using it as a primary tower yet I guess now would be a good time to work out any bugs.

Two LCRA radio techs were talking on tg 12112 about 12:45 PM today. They were talking about station alerting. I am guessing that tg 12112 is Cibolo Fireground.

Pro96com loged tg 12117 was actived today. The last time was at 2:57 PM today. I was out of the room when the activity was going on. I am guessing it was LCRA radio techs. Not all Cibolo officers have new radios yet.

On Friday I was hearing New Braunfels do a lot of test tones for Station 4 (their new station, opened in Oct. 2012)) on the EDACS side. My digital scanner is still out for repair (shipped back my direction last Tuesday), are y'all hearing the New Braunfels P25 control channel anymore? I think y'all said it was down on Friday, is it back up yet? I wish I could help y'all out from New B, but I'll have to wait on the USPS to deliver my scanner in the next few days.

I'm thinking about touring the new station (which got a new Pierce Engine), to see what radios they installed in there. If they went ahead and pre-installed an APX 7500 then we'll know the New Braunfels switch to P25 is coming up.

I am shore it was at the Cibolo fire station. I haven't looked to see if the New Braunfels site is working again. I don't listen to the New Braunfles site very often. I have a Hard time listening to it. I will see if I can hear it.

Hopefully my 500 will be back today... I'll try to work on finding the New Braunfels site.

Looks like Cibolo has switch to the p25 system. The repeater on 159.1200 has been turned off. It is still patched to tg 218 on the old Live Oak system. The Cibolo fire frequency on 159.060 is still working. The EMS repeater on 156.015 is still up and patched to the p25 system and the oald Live Oak system.

My 500 still isn't back! It took 5 days to get to California and so far 11 mailing days and nothing on the return side...

I promise the second it gets back I'll try to figure out what is going on with New B.

The nb site is still down. pro96com is still showing it as a neighboring site for the Live Oak site. I have not run pro96com on the Live Oak site for a day or two. I will start running it again.

Unknown site 120 in the LCRA P25 database is showing up on gps as being in the the Spring Branch area near 281 and 306. Haven't been up there in a long time but would make sense to have a tower in that area.

I thought that is where it was. The cc for it right now is 770.18125. I can't hear it from my location. Pro96com is showing it as a neighboring site for the Live Oak site.

I guess we will call it Comal County. Is that the tower that the Comal County LCRA 900 MHz site is located? The primary cc is 769.43125 and the alt cc is 770.18125.

I'll try to get this in later today, I agree "Comal County" is a good name, similar to the 900 MHz site, but, at first glance it doesn't appear that they are at the same place. I'll try to look at the license info later to compare the two. I got my scanner back last night and it's working like a champ- it needed a lot of work done. I'll start searching for New B today.

I'm not getting either of these from Central New Braunfels, on a bald parking lot in the Public Safety search. I'll try to tune to these.

The New Braunfels site is definitely off the air, but I'm not hearing any LCRA radio traffic that would indicate they're working on it either.

The only two P25 control channels I got from the Public Safety search, rubber duck, in a vehicle, on a blad parking lot hill in Central New Braunfels are the Toepperwein Site (SAUI) and the Kingsbury Site (LCRA P25).

Running through the "Analyze" feature of the New Braunfels LCRA P25 site, it is showing that none of the known frequencies are an active cc.

I'll continue this after lunch.
