Monitoring right now. Phase I unencrypted and most of the units have P25 ID's. It is still patched with the VHF. You can hear the radio ID tone after each transmission on the guys that are still using the VHF side.

There is some sort of data poll taking place on that TG. It starts up about 5am and happens about every 15 minutes. Procomm shows it as just a data call that keeps the tg active for upto 30 seconds. If you listen very carefully you can hear a data pattern in the carrier. I see it more on Cibolo site, but it does appear on seguin’s site as well. Also just noticed that Tg is listed as Fire Dispatch. Should be Fire tac.

Yes, I turned up the volume and could then hear it. I guess I'll keep in locked out for now since it holds up the scan with no useful transmission. Thanks for clearing it up for me.

What you are seeing is the freqs that Procomm noted with slot info for the phase two talk-groups. I think when the info was imported they just forgot to remove them.

TGID 8032 Guadalupe County Fire Disp. Just heard New Berlin dispatched on this TG
Not sure if this is Linked to the Hickory Forest repeater or this is covering the whole county. I have seen TGID 8031 come up a few times as well but no activity on it.

12121(which is not in the DB) today seems to be some training exercise for Cibolo PD. Seems like routine radio traffic but a mobile unit is dispatching calls like Schertz dispatch does. Seems to be a lot of stolen vehicles and a man with a gun calls for Cibolo. Why I think it's a training channel.

I am picking it up just fine right now.

Make sure you have all the control channels in your scanner. Harris systems change control simultaneousley not like the motorola system where it keeps the same control channel.
