LCSO Ch-1 simulcast on 461.825??

I have been getting a Larimer Sheriff Ch-1 (155.670 DPL156) rebroadcast over 461.825 156.7pl the last couple of days. Not sure what this is used for, it is not licensed by the FCC, or atleast there are no records. Anyone up this way give a listen on this freq and see if you can hear this. I am wondering if someone is accidentally rebroadcasting this and don't know they are doing it. Also some might be thinking that this is an image or something to that effect, it is not, I have heard this on several different brands/models of radios including Moto commercial gear.

Thanks for the confirmation Rick. The only thing that I can think that this is for is the Budweiser Event Center? There is one license for Larimer County but is for CallComm with the address at 5300 NW Frontage Road. Also 461.825 is a business freq so I am really confused on this one. I guess it could be used in conjunction with their LTR system somehow.
