Posted today to KC-Scanning:
The Leavenworth County S.O. has its new, rebanded frequency assignments,
although they are still using the old frequencies (at least at noon today).
Old system:
851.5625 Ch. 1
852.5625 Ch. 2
853.5625 Ch. 3
New system:
856.8375 Ch. 1
857.8375 Ch. 2
858.3625 Ch. 3
The portable (mobile) repeater on 855.4875 (also used at LV Co. jail) has no new
assignment, and so is probably within the new band limits as it stands.
Also, the Tonganoxie tower has all five 800 MHz. national calling/tac channels
licensed for that location now.

I don't know if anyone has or is planning to submit these to RR, but someone needs to. Also, I have no way to verify these.
