Just the normal Test, or dead key as people play with the new mobiles & Ht's....

Most of the police units I have talked to, have told me they do not even have the new radios in the car yet due to no space., or that there dept is waiting for 90 or so days till other units try it.

I am waiting on my dataslicer to arrive, then I will put one of my scanners on it and run Etrunker/T4win/Unitrunker ect.....

The Darn LCN order on both the north & South systems keeps changing.

They now have 22 freqs total for use on 2 systems

M = Mixed Analog & Digital Voice Modes

IE: both can be used on that TG

i take it that the digital would be used for sensative transmisoins because no scanners could trunk the provoice.

As far as I know at this time only PD TG will be Digital w/ Digital ProVoice Audio + all PD Ch will be Encrypted on top of that after the move to the new system.

This will prevent People from getting there own EDACS Portables w/ ProVoice to monitor PD...

It is available to Fire & EMS, however as of now all the TG are Analog W/ Analog Voice
