For over a month now when dispatch or a unit would ask someone to go to Ch 3, 154.7100 PL 107.2,
I would not be able to hear them. I put one of my other scanners on Close-Call only the other week.
I found they are still using 154.7100 for Ch. 3 but they are NOT using any PL tone now.

This list is copied and pasted from my ARC996 program.

Dispatch traffic is now on the "East" channel.

Hope this is of help.

I talked to someone that works at LCSO and he told me what happened with there Ch 3. A few months
back they got some new radios for some of there cars but not all of the cars. Some how the radio shop
programed Ch 3 (154.7100) on the new radios with no tone. So the old radios in the cars could not hear
the new radios because the old radios were looking for a PL tone of 107.2 . He said that they were told
to turn a switch on the back of the old radios and now the old and new radio can hear and talk to each
other.
