This evening I noted a new talkgroup pop up on MMCCD that is not in the database, nor was it one I had heard previously. The TG in question is 4302 which is patched to Lee County Fire Dispatch - West (159.165 MHz). I have not noted a patch for the East channel, although I will keep an ear out for it.

I am going to make a DB submission soon, but for the time being, here is a quick summary of MMCCD usage in Lee County:
  • TG 663 has been observed to be patched to 155.715 (Lee County Sheriff Dispatch) or 152.405 (Lee County Sheriff TAC - West) at times, most commonly during Auburn University football games. On one occasion, it was patched to 155.610.
  • TG 664 was recently added to the DB as "Auburn Police Dispatch 2." I cannot speak to the accuracy of this, but have heard occasional in the clear traffic on this TG during gamedays
  • Auburn PD and FD talkgroups are fully encrypted except for certain cases such as during gamedays where certain traffic is in the clear
  • As noted above, TG 4302 is now patched to Lee County FD - West (159.165)
  • TG 1811, which is in the DB as "DPS Safety 2" is patched to AHP Opelika Post (155.445)
  • TG 677 is used by Auburn FD during gamedays and is in the clear. TG 678 may also be used by them as well, but it is encrypted.
  • TG 658 I believe to be Auburn PD TAC 2 (Ch. 3) as best as I have been able to determine given that the TG is encrypted.

I am also seeing an unidentified encrypted TG of 2900. Unit IDs are in the range of 290xxx. I am doubtful that it is an Auburn agency as all of their TGs fall in the 6xx range, and their unit IDs are typically in the 143xxxx range.
