Lee's Summit Fire Yellow 3

The RR database shows Lee's Summit Fire Yellow 3 frequency as 453.525. I installed this crystal in my scanner (yes, some of us old-timers still use a crystal scanner) and all I receive is Animal Control. On some fire calls, the FD is instructed to use yellow 3, and I hear nothing. Is my crystal mislabeled or is LSFD Yellow 3 on a different frequency? Thanks

I get the most hits on Lee's Summit Fire Yellow 1 453.900.
