Lees Summit PD

I have programed Lee's Summit Police frequencies (453.42500, 453.72500, 453.15000, 453.35000), but it seems as if though LS PD Patrol A is pretty quiet. It seems that most of the chatter is on 453.35000, which is the "Police: Patch to MOLEEN 155.475" also. Is the latter their primary talk channel shared with "Moleen?" Or am I missing something here?

Patrol A is the main Dispatch. Believe or not at times its quite. No crime is being committed..lol

I don't know why, But today there not using DSC or PL tones. CQS only???
