It's been a while since I've updated my frequencies and equally as long since I've kept up with this forum, so please forgive me if this is common knowledge among the frequent flyers here.

I used to be able to pickup LV Medevac dispatch out of the Lehigh Valley on 155.220, and hear them talk to the hospital on "2-Bravo-2", LV 2B2 at 463.025. Being in NJ, NorthStar has taken over most aero-medical flights in out area, rendering the need to pickup LV Medevac less important, but I still want to have them in my radio. Can someone give me the skinny on picking them up in the Lehigh Valley.

You will find the new freq's here: http://home.comcast.net/~benandchrisie/medhelos.htm

As of a few months ago the name University Medevac is dissolved. Lehigh Valley & Hannehman have split. LVH is now Lehigh Valley Medevac and Hannehman is Mid Atlantic Medevac. (per nyclt422 on Lehigh County Forum )
LVH has
* Medevac-1 - Kutztown
* Medevac-2 - Stroudsburg
* Medevac-4 - Weatherly
* Medevac-7 - Pottsville

LVH Medevac will use LifeComm Dispatch on 464.200, but you may hear them on the input 469.200. (PL 107.2. but I've also heard 82.5 PL, so I would not program a tone just yet.)
MidAtlantic (Hahnemann) MedEvac. still uses 155.220(136.5)

# Medevac-3 - Limerick
# Medevac-6 - Limerick
# Medevac-8 - Lancaster

The other day one Medevac was headed to Wellsboro in Perry County I believe. The dispatcher asked if they had the Guthrie Health System(red square) frequency in the radio. Still no direct answer from the bird, Lifecomm said to switch over if able they can talk with MEDEVAC on that frequency when out of range.

My understanding is that Lifecomm must handle Guthrie as well?

ALL medical reports are called in to Eastern PA Medcomm on MED 4 (PL192.8) for frequency request, Normally they go to MED 2. Pennstar and MEDEVAC both call in on MED 4 for report to hospital.

Yep, as far as I know, LifeComm is in control of the Guthrie helicopter.
