Leixen VV-808 Programming Software?

I recently (as in today) acquired one of these and am wondering where you can get the software to program it. It comes with the USB cable and a CD with the USB driver on it, but no programming software. All I can find is a .rar download, which my computer can't decipher.

Check the company web site. They may have the latest version.

Well, I downloaded it, but it asks for a password and will still bring up the program if I click "OK" without entering one. When the program opens, it gives me an error saying that it cannot write to a file. If I hit "OK" on that, it exits the program. I've tried downloading it twice, but I encounter the same problem each time.
