Union Pacific Railroad Police
Clark County Park Police (CC Office of Public Safety)
Veterans Affairs Police.

Been wondering for a while now, does anyone know specifically which systems these departments operate on? Have not heard them on SNACC or NSRS (or maybe I have without realizing it.) If I'd have to guess, CCPP would probably be on Metros system, and VA PD would be on the Federal frequencies.

Railroad police usually communicate on their railroad system. That is not to say they don’t have a talk group for interagency communications.

And from what I've gathered after a brief google search, CCPP seems to employ 7-800mhz antennas on their vehicles while VA PD seems to be using VHF whips.
