I was recently over to LeSuere and could not pick up anything on my scanner for LeSuere County. I was sitting with a friend and he had his portable radio was transmitting radio traffic, so I know they were on the air the times I wasn't getting anything. I have the Waterville tower and cc - 852.3500 - as my control channel and all the listed Talk Groups. Do I need any other Towers and Control Channels ? Thanks

The 3-43 Simulcast will always carry their traffic. That would be the subsites in LeCenter and LeSueur (LeSueur is a local enhancement).
