The site looks good. Very clean and easy to navigate.

The link to the TOS is broken, that might be important later.

I'm here a lot
I'm suprised that Uniden and Radioshack gave clearance to use their product images.

There is a place in the world for every service. I applaud entrepreneurs and recommend all the time that the clueless buy a preprogrammed scanner from Scannermaster.

I wonder where they get the data for the programming....perhaps a licensing agreement w/ RadioReference?

Looks Good,Give it a shot, your not alone out there though. There are tons of people out there that just want to turn it on and listen, and there are a bunch that like the hometown/area programing. I recall a place that started renting scanners out that some thought wouldn't fly and as far as I know they are still doing well. Seems to be a big thing to rent them at sporting events and I'm sure it leads to some sales. Everything has its pro's and con's. Sure ScannerMaster gets good money to program a scanner, but they have lots of overhead and the flexibility to do what they want on that front. For the small fish in the pond its more like dig in and give it your best shot. Good Luck

That home page is very hard to read. Split that paragraph up (too much like a run-on sentence there...) and build some tables or something to split up the models you cover. Also check 'acurate' spelling. 73 Mike
