Sitting at work during my lunch break, I decided to experiment a little and use some of the tools at my disposal.
Sitting next to me is an Anritsu MT8212B Cellmaster. I decided to hook it up to one of the Larsen NMO triband scanner antennas.
The screen pic is RETURN LOSS (not SWR) for a scan from 100MHz to 860MHz. I didn't believe it, but it actually performs as a triband antenna. It is not the most efficient thing around, but it seems a fair tradeoff for as many bands as it covers.
The valleys are at 152MHz, 462MHz, and 840MHz
