Lexington,ma police p25 Can't receive ???

Anyone know what is going on with Lexington, Ma police I have 3 P25 scanners and have the correct NAC (775) (i think)
and can not receive them at all Bedford, MA comes in very clear one town away ??
Any info

Remove the NAC and set to Auto, see what comes in.
Could be [depending on your scanner] that it is muting ENC traffic
