Lexington Public Works - 155.8200

A few nights ago I was getting some DX on 155.8200 using
a PL of 100.0. A female dispacther mentioned a pick-up on 10th Street.

Can anyone comfirm if this is the Lexington Public Works?

Also more DX last night on 155.5200 with a PL of 141.3
Found it to be Lexington-Fayette County Urban Police - Information.

My distance from Lexington is 123 miles north.

with apologies....

it is a freq formerly used by the madison county detention center.... now used by the folks at madison county public works (the parts of it not on the madison county trunked system). don't know where they were picking up, richmond has a fifth street and berea a second street....

yes you heard the lexington-fayette urban county police information channel, channel one, on 155.52000.... one of their antennae is about five hundred feet up a t.v. transmission tower.... i used to listen to them in cinncy with a handheld and rubber duck....
