Lexington Site 253 Frequency Verification

Was trying to Lexington 253 in today and found that 860.4875 has what appears to be control data for a DMR system.
Checking the license that is associated with that site I do not find this frequency present, but it is on the StarCom page.
Does anyone know if this frequency is in fact associated with 253?

Licensed to the Town of Normal at Lexington. Emission shown on license is 20K0F1D (not DMR). I have not researched this further.

Kevin,
I did see the analog licensee for Normal. I am not sure if it was rolled into the voice channel line up.
I was getting a c/c with the con flashing on my 996p2 screen. no color code came up.
