they did have a NJSP K9 need emergency transport to animal hospital due to Dehydration.. A few were arrested for Sig 14 (450) otherwise good concert..

That's absolutely despicible. There's absolutely no reason or excuse for it. Anyone who knows about dogs knows that they overheat and dehydrate much quicker than humans. Mr. super trooper (LOL) should have made sure the animal was able to get water. What a slime bag! He should have the dog taken away from him.
