To help identify the repeater input and output frequencies you need to look at the station classes since they indicate what that class will transmit on (receivers are generally not required to be licensed so they're not listed).

FB2 would list the repeater output frequency (It's what the repeater will transmit on). This would make 153.0425 the repeater output frequency.

To find the repeater input frequency you need to look at the MO and FX1 classes. These indicate what the mobile and control station transmit on. Your list would indicate that the repeater input would be on 158.2125 since both the mobiles and control station are licensed to transmit there. If there are multiple frequencies listed you can only guess what one is used. On VHF-Hi there's no regular spacing to help out like on the UHF frequencies.

The mobiles are also licensed to transmit on the repeater output frequency of 153.0425, which is probably used when they're out of range of the repeater so one mobile can talk with another.
