License Renewal by Blind Ham

I know a blind ham who needs to renew their license soon. How can they go about this on their own and without help from another ham. Does the FCC have a mechanism for this?

Why can’t someone help them through the website renewal process?

If the website is not conducive to vision impaired use, they should contact the FCC’s Disability Rights Office - Disability Rights Office

I am virtually certain that another amateur or club would be more than happy to do a simple renewal for a vision impaired amateur.

This is also an area in which the ARRL should be able to assist in.
