You're still within your grace period so it needs to be done before December 29th. Otherwise you will have to retest. click here and scroll down to "How do you renew your license?"

Probably not by an agency of the Federal Government however..................where's the job security in that??
My license isn't renewed yet, but seems the FCC has added additional steps to approval. Looked up "Red light review". They check to see if you owe funds for any other licenses or any enforcement penalties. All this obviously adds time to the process.

Looks like a renewal was applied for one day and the red-light review was completed and payment confirmation were done the next day. I don't see an issue.

Took longer than times before. I was just curious if anyone else's experience was that it took longer if it had expired. I didn't know if it would take days or weeks. It was renewed this morning. It took 2 business days which is pretty quick since there were extra steps. None of them will probably be virtually immediate as before, now that there is a fee to be processed and the redlight test.
Yes, same about a year ago, I think some of the new payment processes just went into affect then since it was no cost before that and it took way too long to do on 2 separate sites, Hard, no, time wasting, yes. Fortunately, only every 10 years. I would guess that on time and late renewals would not differ in time, but I could be wrong. They will take your money one way or the other!
