A small error like that shouldn't make any difference at all. Everything from last weekend should be submitted and working through the system. You just have to be patient.
Before they changed the system and dropped the code, I took the Tech and General during the same session. Two weeks passed before I saw the Tech and then another two weeks before the General showed up. Then a few months later I took the Advanced and Extra at the same session. Again, it took two weeks for the Advanced to show up, followed by the Extra, two weeks later. They don't do separate submissions any more so if you took, and passed, three tests, the only thing you should see is your Extra.
